How to request deletion of your data

If you would like us to delete personal data associated with your account or your interactions with Vsage TradeOS — including dashboard account data or WhatsApp message history — send a deletion request to support@example.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

What to include

  • The phone number or email address linked to your account or WhatsApp conversation.
  • Whether you are a merchant administrator/team member, or an end customer of a merchant using the Service.
  • Any specific data you want deleted, if not all of it (e.g. just WhatsApp message history).

What happens next

We will verify your request and delete the associated personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, completed order and invoice records relevant to a merchant's tax obligations). We will confirm by email once your request has been processed.

End customers of a merchant

If you are a customer of a business using Vsage TradeOS(for example, you've messaged a merchant's WhatsApp Business number to place an order), you may also direct deletion requests to that merchant directly, as they control the underlying customer relationship. We will action deletion requests from merchants on behalf of their customers as well as requests sent to us directly.
